Turkey and Egg Club Sandwich

cup mayonnaise

grams smoked turkey, thinly sliced

small onion, red peeled, thinly sliced

- lettuce, icebergHow to Cook:1. Combine mayonnaise, chopped coriander crushed green chilies and minced garlic in a small bowl. Stir to blend and season dressing to taste with salt. 2. Place 3 bread slices on a clean and dry work surface. Spread each with generous amount of dressing. Top with turkey, onion, a second bread slice. Spread this slice with dressing and place egg slices, lettuce leaves and third slice of bread atop each sandwich; press the sandwich slightly and cut in half. Variation:Substitute turkey with smoked chicken.
